1. Relay Classification and Non-Exit Policy

All Tor relays operated under this entity are configured with an exit policy of reject *:*. These are Non-Exit Relays and do not act as Exit Relays.

It is structurally impossible for these relays to route traffic to destination servers on the public Internet (clearnet).
Traffic processed by these relays is strictly limited to encrypted relay-to-relay communication within the internal Tor network (Middle / Guard relays).

2. Technical Limits & No-Logs Policy

All traffic passing through these relays is multi-layer encrypted.
It is technically and physically impossible for the operator to view, monitor, or identify the content of communications, the true originating IP address, or the final destination.

3. Abuse Response Policy

Due to the structural nature of non-exit relays, these relays cannot be the direct origin or exit point for unauthorized access, copyright infringement, or any illegal traffic targeting third parties on the public internet.

4. Jurisdiction

The servers comprising this infrastructure are operated in compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions where the respective hosting providers are located.
Furthermore, the operator adheres to a strict non-exit technical configuration to prevent facilitating third-party rights violations.
